I have a question, my Beneficiary has told me that the embassy in Kiev may call me, the petitioner at home here in the US to compare her answers against mine after her embassy interview, has anyone had this happen on a k-1 visa before.

Thanks

Absolutely not! the Kiev embassy is one of the easiest to deal with for family and marriage based visas. There is far better chance she will be asked no questions at all! Just make sure all your documents are in order. Read the consulate reviews. She will hear lots of unadulterated BS from people about the interview process. My wife's reaction was "I worried for THAT??" We had no questions asked, They took our documents, we waited, they called us to the interview window and said "your visa is apporved, take this card an go to the FedEx window to arrange delivery"

VERMONT! I Reject Your Reality...and Substitute My Own!

I agree with Gary.. For us the interview was a breeze...5 questions in 3 minutes...visa approved.

snowballs in hell have a better chance.... they won't call. If they have a problem they will issue a 221(g) and ask for a response

YMMV

Never happen. Take a look at the embassy reviews for Kiev here (in the blue area above - under the pics of people). The interviews in Kiev are easy.
