After IMBRA RFE anyone got approved?

Gomez just got approved today. His RFE was put in the system back at VSC on the 26th of June.

Two of us with NOA2s (one being me) got RFE updates. So... Things are starting to move for NOA2 people too.

so rfe's are being sent for recalls and things are moving for us? where's mine? where's rlt's? where's the 1100? moving my a**! this is total shite!

Yeah, 1100 doesn't seem so bad, however, I am guessing most of those are from Vermont simply because Vermont was ahead of the other centers. But how many batches do they need!? Just get those 1100 out, and then they can start to get back on track!

My finacee spoke with the embassy in Warsaw, and they assured her that as soon as they receive our information back, they will be scheduling her ASAP, because she already had an interview scheduled and cancelled. I don't know whether they will or not, but right now that is the one thing that I am trying to stay positive about.

I am hoping that for everyone that has had a recalled case, their embassy will move them to front when it's time to set up interviews again!

I am happy for those that are now getting approved, but don't get me wrong, I am PO'd. Not at you guys but at the system. Right now, it may just be best to move there and will probably get approved faster than our papers.

they are just going backwards, relax there is nothing we can do. I mean i feel bad, but really there is nothing that can be done except wait for RFE, fill out and send it back.

Your absolutely right. I'm sure I would still be upset, but for my fiancee to have an interview date in May and then have it cancelled, just makes me furious! You get so close and then they just take it away. I wish they would have kept my case here and waited for the RFE to be designed. I am sure I would have it by now and I would have had it sent back, instead of sitting here with a recalled case wondering why I can't get this simple form mailed to me. It's not rocket science! Print three page form, put into envelope, address envelope, pay postage, and send it! Any idiot can do that! Do they have monkey's working at the service centers? I would feel better if they did. Then I would understand why I still don't have my RFE!

I also have NOA2, was sent to embassy, later recalled sometime after May 5 when my fiance returned pkt 3 with no explanation, nada, until email June 16 that my petition was "received" and "reopened". It is extremely hard to comprehend that previously approved petitions, and visa apps that had almost made it through the interview step have been relegated to the back of the bus. Whatever happened to fair play, and protocol, and for heavens sakes some rules???? I lay awake nights wondering why oh why am I being punished for having the arbitrary misfortune of having USCIS receive my petition on Mar 6. I'd still like to see the original petition that was supposedly stamped upon receipt, because i actually sent the bloody thing to NSC on Feb. 28. Now CSC teases me with emails saying the RFE was sent June 26. HELLO< I only live up the coast in Portland, how long DOES it take the pony express to get here??? The last letters they sent me took only 3 days according to the postmark. I think they are playing us along with these emails and online updates in an effort to pacify the angry citizens ( VOTERS). But have some mercy, there's only 1100 of us recalls. How long would it take to process those in the order in which they were received? I'm ready to take up a picket sign in front of the CSC until I get some honest response and fair treatment.

And what happens after a "reopened" petition gets reaffirmed, do they throw it back on the merry -go-round to NVC where it will sit around another few weeks before getting back to the freakin embassy???? Sacre bleu, I don't know how much more i can take

I have a few questions...... will we go to the end of the line when we sent our RFEs? Are they gonna approve our cases only after approving the ones sent after March 6th??

And for the cases moved from Nebraska to California...... Does the NOA1 still mean anything to us?? Are we the last in line now???

well it seems they are processing in reverse order. Those that coming in last are receiving RFE's before. But remember there is no line you are getting into. Well atleast no single file line. All cases are assigned numbers and are processed by different adjucators, each individual works at a different pace. So some people will get approved before others.
