I am such an idiot...I was so caught up in interview preparation...etc...that I forgot until just a few minutes ago...to wish my husband a happy birthday...its still his birthday here but not over there. I called him, but now I feel like such an a$%. :angry:

Hun its not midnight over here yet...so you are still technically in the good. still about 20mins to go. You have a lot on your mind!!

Yeah...I just squeaked by...he opened the web cam to my daughter and I singing happy birthday with a cupcake & candle. :)

June 11 05-Married George, civil ceremony in New York

May 30 08-Baby Joshua was born

Jan 15-Back to NY we go...

May 10-made decision not to go back overseas.

July 10-filed for divorce

Jan 11-Divorce final

July 11-1st trip to take Josh to see George

Mar 12-2nd trip to take Josh to see George

Hope it is a great weekend for all.

Glad that you were able to sing happy birthday to your hubby! It will be awesome when you are with him and I pray that it will be so very soon. God will be with the interviewer and it will go great. I could say don't worry but I know that I was crazy the night of my husbands. May God be with you and bring you great peace.

May 20, 2007 Embassy called for Hasan to send in his passport!!!

May 24, 2007 Recieved Interview date of June 5th for CR1?

June 05, 2007 Interviewed and she said he was approved, kept passport and said will recieve in 4 days.

June 12, 2007 VISA IN HAND !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

April 3, 2009 NOA Received

April 16,2009 received bio appt letter

April 24, 2009 Biometrics Appointment

June 6, 2009 Removal of Conditions Approved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

July 17, 2009 10 Year Green Card in hand!

Thats right!! I wont be here for George's birthday this year--he is turning 40. Last year he wasnt with me for my birthday. Its very hard to be apart on special occasions. Big hugs to you!!

Happy Birthday Amal (F) We were sitting in Applebees when Jackie was texting you ! We finished a marathon shopping session at the outlets ! Jackie is leaving tomorrow evening and they are doing the ducks tomorrow, Snoqualmie Falls and Twilight tour in Forks then Jackie is catching the red-eye home to Chicago :blink:

Amanda ~ I told Jackie I would be honored to be guest hostess for you tomorrow night for a slumber party. See thread for details :thumbs: We don't want you to be alone tomorrow while you wait and Jackie regrets not being there cuz she's here in Seattle, but having a great time wit da MENA girls :devil:

hi everybody. haven't been here in way too long ((((((((((((((hugs to all)))))))))))))) today's my birthday. the big three-zero.. I think I'll go get a new pair of tennis shoes. Thanks everybody for the well wishes & prayers. I am feeling every emotion there is...and I am trying to hold it together. I am going to church in the morning and praying hard! I mean I've prayed during this entire journey...tomorrow will be hard for me. I don't know how long I will stay awake tomorrow night, but defnitely looking forward to chatting with all my MENA friends while I wait!! :whistle:
