I-129F approved! DS-230 questions.

My story is a bit long and complicated, but the I-129 got approved! We have prepared most of the paperwork so far but I do have a simple question to most, probably..

Questions 14, 15 and 18 pertaining to the applicants spouse. My fiancee is a widow, so should she be putting N/A for all 3 or filling it out using her deceased husband's information? I would assume N/A because there is no question pertaining to his death so that makes me think they only want a living spouse.

14 is about the spouse. That answer is: NONE

I do not know what I was looking at when I pulled question 15 and 18 out.. My only real question was about 14 since she was a widow.
