Timeline

hi all vj,s family untill now i so sad

its been at may 5 but untill now i dont have ricive case no from nvc

my fiancee always calling the nvc but there didnt give case no why can i do

or wht do u thinkin my fiancee do for ricive case no its almost 1 month and 1 week waiting my case no

plas addvice me thanks to all reply godbless to all

12-04-08 - Meet in Person

12-04-08 - endgeg with my family

10-17-08 - Back to US

12-29-08 - Sent the application for fiancee

21-31-08 - our application ricive to USCIS

01-08-09 - NOA1 ricive hard copy..

04-13-09 - RFE pic visa size my fiancee

04-22-09 - USCIS ricive the FRE need

05-05-09 - got approve NOA2 Hard copy

06-16-09 - i got my case # from NVC

07-01-09 - Midical passt

07-09-09 - interview passt.. thanks to god and mamamary

07-19-09 - 2nd visit my fiancee philippines

07-26-09 - My flight to go USA together with my fiancee

10-09-09 - my wedding day....

a little more patience....If you received the noa2 on May 13 that is less than a month

But if make you feel better then try to call the Embassy since they should have received...or they tell you...they did not receive yet!!!!

Sometimes there is a delay in sending the approved petitions to the NVC. Then the NVC must recieve and then enter the the approved petitions into their system.

Not too long ago several VJers waited for 30 to 50 days to get through the NVC after K1 approvals. About all you can do is keep calling until you get a case number or their timeline is passed.

When the timeline was passed in our case I called the 800 number and talked an USCIS officer to resubmit our approved K3. I also contacted my Senator's aid who handled immigration problems.

Naturalization

3/23/14 - N400 package sent to Phoenix

3/27/14 - N400 package delivered

4/3/14 - NOA1 receipt date

4/4/14 - check cashed

04/29/14 - biometrics date

07/01/14 - interview date

xx/xx/xx - Oath Ceremony

Timeline

Always remember petitions are not instantaneous. They have other applications to take care of. All you need to do is wait. You will receive something in a few months from now.

K-1 Visa Application:

June 30, 2005- Sent I-129F

July 12, 2005- Processing Date

September 16, 2005- I-129F Approval Notice

September 29, 2005- Approval Notice sent to US Embassy in the Philippines

January 26, 2006- US Embassy sent Medical and Visa Appointment dates

March 2, 2006- Medical Appointment

March 9, 2006- Visa Interview

March 21, 2006- Visa received

March 24, 2006- Attended CFO Seminar in Q.C.

March 28, 2006- Flight to the USA

Marriage:

May 1, 2006- Applied for Marriage License

May 20, 2006- Got married in Chandler, Arizona

I-485/I-765 Applications:

July 24, 2006- I-485/I-765 sent to USCIS

July 31, 2006- Processing Date

August 2, 2006- USCIS sent a Biometrics Appointment Letter

August 8, 2006- USCIS sent an Appointment for AOS

August 16, 2006- Biometrics Appointment

October 3, 2006- AOS Interview(Los Angeles District Office)

October 10, 2006- Received Welcome Notice, Employment Authorization Card

October 18, 2006- Greencard received

I-751 Application:

August 29, 2008 - I-751 sent to USCIS

September 2, 2008 - Processing Date

January 2, 2009 - Biometrics 1

April 6, 2009 - Biometrics 2

April 7, 2009 - Biometrics 3 (never ending)

April 22, 2009 - Received Approval Letter

June 16, 2009 - Greencard received
