good evenin! i came across a post mentioning about bringin a copy of the I129F nd biographic data in the interview, besides all the dsforms. I have everything complete, but just wondering about the 129F? i dont wanna make another copy..hahah!

The reason to make a copy of your I-129F packet is so that your fiancee will be able to see the same information that the CO has during the interview. It's not required to do so, but highly reccommended, if you don't want your prospective bride to be surprised by a question she does not know the answer to.

It's a good idea to provide your fiancee with a complete copy of your I-129F filing. In our case, I made a second visit to Manila after the petition was approved so we would have additional evidence of relationship that she could submit at the interview.

09/22/2004 I-129F submitted

10/01/2004 I-129F Approved

12/15/2004 K1 Issued

12/30/2004 Arrival in US

02/19/2005 Married

01/30/2006 Conditional Green Card Approved

01/15/2008 Conditions Removed and 10 Year Card Issued

03/28/2009 N-400 mailed to Lockbox

07/17/2009 Interview Denver USCIS office RECOMMENDED FOR APPROVAL

08/28/2009 Naturalization Ceremony - US District Court - Denver, Colorado[/b][/u]

09/04/2009 Applied for passport

09/22/2009 Passport approved and mailed

09/24/2009 Passport received

08/26/2009 Naturalization Certificate and Name Change Petition arrive back from State Department

hi madz!!!

we also had a copy of I-129 before. the one help organized our papers made it for us coz he said its important. although we didnt need it during the interview which i brought it w/ me, it guides me what evidence and info that my hubby sent to the uscis, and study the names and dates (like his birth place, date of his divorce from previous wife etc.)... i wish u luck!!! kaya mo yan :thumbs:

4/15/2010- sent my N-400 via fedex overnight

4/16/2010- signed and delivered

4/29/2010- check cleared
