Yes, congrats Annie (F) Holy smokes, Staashi that 's awesome !! I love being a homeowner, beats renting except no landlord to call when repairs need to be done :blink: Fortunately our housing market has remained relatively stable here in WA state and with the 2010 Olympics coming to Canada so close to where I live, will also be helpful !

I would love to share them with you as I have found my CD they were on and able to upload them.

Congratulations Annie and Staashi! It must be so nice to be a homeowner. I (when I had the money to start) also was dealing with the dilemma "should I buy now? what if I'm not here in a couple years?" (and it was before the housing went down)

May have to look into it when we (my hubby and I) better determine where we'll go with our careers. San Diego is too frickin' expensive to buy / rent!

I'm in the office taking a break in between giving individual final exams. Woot!

:dance: OMG, Stacie thats friggin' awesome! :P Our mortgage will actually be LESS than the rent we are currently paying for our home now! Sooo *WOOOTTTT*! :dance: It was a forclosure home that (thank god) no one ripped apart. Many here in the valley have been ripped up and trashed!

I know!!! Can you believe it? We're really happy with it. We did it in late April about 3 weeks after Enzo was born. :star:
