Timeline

hello y'all vj members , i have read some timelines and was wondering where or how you are able to check or know if petition has been 'touched" coz I see almost if not all timelines with the word "touched" , i have subscribed to the USCIS case status online and my petition's last update was june 4,2009 , was just wondering how you are able to know if your petitions were touched? thank you guys .

If that last updated date ( June 4, 2009 in your case) changes, that means your case was touched ...or scanned ...

Looking at your timeline ... I would venture to guess you will be receiving a NOA2 soon ... or heaven forbid a RFE ...

File AOS/EAD/Travel: February 26, 2010

EAD/Travel approved: April 26, 2010

Our Baby Boy Born: June 24, 2010

AOS approved YAY! Green Card Received October 4, 2010

RFE , who will they asked it from? me or my hubby? I have compiled everything from my birth , CENOMAR, marriage certificates(NSO copies) , letters and all other evidences that I can provide as proofs of relationships.

for example I sent my application March 13 they started reviewing it on March 19
