Good Morning!

Drinking my morning coffee~ debating what to clean first.

OH,..I did the coolest thing yesterday. I had earlier thought my hot water heater was running too much and using too much gas so I turned a knob without looking to see what any of them did. :P well, I turned it off. NOT GOOD! Hot water is necessary for showers and washing my coffee cups. So I get on my hands and knees and try to figure it out. Sooo many "DANGER" warnings, I deduced I better read some directions. Didn't make much sense til I googled 'how to relight a hot water heater'. I watched a 2 minute video, grabbed my lighter and it was back to the utility room.........a turn of this, a click of that and a flick of my Bic and viola! Flame lit, water heated and I felt like I was a flippin genius!

Morning

Kenza CONGRATULATIONS on your graduation!!! I know you will be busy and very anxious getting ready for your reunion.

Hello, Zee...you work in the city? Were you affected by the tumbling debree on Walnut?

Rosie, so nice you are off. I know how hard it is to come home from work so late. My hubby comes home average about 1 am too.

Kelz..nice to see you, with what you have on your plate it makes me look so unproductive.

HLM...in my house it is the opposite, I want to go sleep like a normal human being but hubby is one of those rare people who survives off very little sleep, sometimes none at all. I feel bad leaving him hanging at night but i am baby, I need to get my ZZZs.

Hi Tasha, how's things. It's good to see Malek up and doing fine. Bouncing back like children always do.

Jeanne, Dorothy, Amanda, Staashi, Nagi, Jax and Charles Have a great day!

Amanda...hope you are doing well...body, mind and soul. I'm still coughing with whatever this coughing thing is. I have to go out soon and plant some flowers which I have neglected to do all last month and MAYBE attempt to cut the lawn. My husband thinks the grass isnt long enough to cut ( menz! what do they know? ) and said he will do it Monday. I fear by then it will be knee deep.

Hello ladies, happy Thursday. :star:

Another day of 100 or so weather here in Cairo. Same as JeanneVictoria I guess. I know I should be thankful we at least have fans, but it's still darn hot.

Amanda, maybe a little less coffee will make you a little less jittery and antsy.

At this rate your nerves will be shot by the time the interview is here. lol

Deep breaths!! :luv:

Tasha, still thinking of you. Big hugs to you. May Allah ease things for you in all your affairs.

I have been busy feeling sorry for myself and angry at hubby.

Maybe we should get together and make a sort of a handbook to help our hubbies understand us better? lol

Hubby is wonderful but sometimes I guess I'm too emotional compared to what he is used to.

Though I'm not sure how that's possible if you hear the men talk about Egyptian women.

My mother in law is totally trying to fatten me up. I guess it is working as my hips are getting bigger.

I swear everything is either fried or baked with 5 gallons of oil. :hehe:

Alright, I hope everyone passes a wonderful day and is ready for Friday and the weekend!!!

Living with hubby in Egypt, at last.
