hiii

i need advise my wife she open the nvelope immigration that she was given with the visa ccidately, she didnt make attention.... pls advise and what she need to do ?????

Contact the embassy. Some of them will re-seal the envelope for you.

K-1:

January 28, 2009: NOA1

June 4, 2009: Interview - APPROVED!!!

October 11, 2009: Wedding

AOS:

December 23, 2009: NOA1!

January 22, 2010: Bogus RFE corrected through congressional inquiry "EAD waiting on biometrics only" Read about it here.

March 15, 2010: AOS interview - RFE for I-693 vaccination supplement - CS signed part 6!

March 27, 2010: Green Card recieved

ROC:

March 1, 2012: Mailed ROC package

March 7, 2012: Tracking says "notice left"...after a phone call to post office.

it s going to be complecated or not ?

whether complicated or not it must be done. they will not accept the envelope at POE if it is open. the embassy will let you know exactly what you need to do. best to contact them ASAP.

N-400 package mailed: 04/16/2013

N-400 package delivered: 04/16/2013

NOA1 date: 04/17/2013

Biometrics: 08/23/2013

Interview: 10/07/2013

Oath: 01/23/2014

DONE!

Ask your wife to call the US embassy or go to the embassy with her passport and the envelope with all the contents. They will reseal it and she is all set to go. Tell her not to make make the same mistake again. Get it done ASAP.

Everything will be fine. We are mortals and can make mistakes. Not a big deal. Even embassy people make mistakes.

To err is human.

NOA1 8/01/08

NOA2 11/26/08

Interview 3/31/09 Passed

Arrival in US 4/14/09

POE : Chicago

First welcome letter 4/28/09

Second welcome letter 5/5/09

SSN applied 5/8/09

Green Card received 5/9/09

SSA mailed the SSN in mail....never received the mail...US postal screwed it

Re applied SSN ---got the SSN...hope this time to get the SSN card in mail

SSN card received 6/8/09
