I have tried Amerula - But I actually have a store near me that will get me rum cream if I ask them to order it - or I can usually find one that is made in Barbados, can't think of the name at the moment.

You have your rum cream supplier on speed dial? I think there is a 12 step program for that.

You obviously have never had macaroni pie - it's a Barbados dish like mac n cheese, with tomatoes, hot pepper, etc.... so yummy. Or my mom makes mac n cheese, and uses tomato soup as the base - I love it.

Nat - as for your question about people who can't cook - some just can't - my sister can bake her azz off, and cook gourmet meals by a recipe - but try to just throw something together or improvise - and you have crunchy potatoes, raw burgers, or potentially food poisoning!
