I don't know about anyone else... but when I opened the evelope, I saw the white piece of paper with the little card holder they included. Since that was the first thing I saw, I thought they forgot to put the actual GC in there!!! For a second I panicked and started searching through the envelope until I found it neatly tucked insdie the other folded up sheet!!!! :blush: Glad to know they didn't screw that up!!! :lol: Nice thing that they give 10 years from approval, and not from expiration of the 2 yr, but it won't matter coz in less than 30 days it's on to naturalization!!!

So one wait to another wait, man we immigrants have though lives. But atleast folks who got approvals are much relieved than those who are still waiting.

Since that was the first thing I saw, I thought they forgot to put the actual GC in there!!! For a second I panicked and started searching through the envelope until I found it neatly tucked insdie the other folded up sheet!!!! Glad to know they didn't screw that up!!! Nice thing that they give 10 years from approval, and not from expiration of the 2 yr, but it won't matter coz in less than 30 days it's on to naturalization!!!

:lol: I actually found the card first, but I did put it in the card holder. I'll be using it more though, 'cus of the trip and 'cus I only apply for naturalization after Christmas.

I actually found the card first, but I did put it in the card holder. I'll be using it more though, 'cus of the trip and 'cus I only apply for naturalization after Christmas.

Glad you'll be able to actually use it, some of us who has no need to cross the border or find a new job will never get to use it until naturalization, then we have to turn in back in. What a waste of money and time this journey is! :lol:

Indeed, they should make conditional card 3 years so that those going for citizenship through marriage don't need to pay the extra process of removing conditions.
