visa approved!!!

01-08-2010----------- VISA RECEIVED 9:45 am via AIR21

01-13-2010----------cfo at katipunan...

01-19-2010----------ARRIVED AT SFO TO SAN JOSE

i would try to appeal first.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

....is that one of the reason why ur case is denied? failed to send g325 form?

she stated that this is the reason

although i feel sorry for what happened to ur petition ..but its an expensive mistake tht shouldnt happen ...

u should read the guides or seek an advise before doing or filling anything ever

but it happened ..so you should appeal first ..refilling will make u start all over again ...appealing might be faster ...try appealing ...if it didnt work please refile and read the guides before doing so
