Once application has been made for the K-1 (G-325 & I-129F) When do I turn in the I-134 Affidavit of Support? I understand the Embassy in Manila has my fiancee bring it and supporting documents with her to the interview. Is this correct?

EVIDENCE OF SUPPORT. You should be able to demonstrate that you will not become a public charge or be a burden on the U.S. taxpayers for financial support. A completed I-134 Affidavit of Support Form will be useful to the consular officer to evaluate your petitioner’s ability to be financially responsible for you. You should also submit your petitioner’s most recent U.S. Federal income tax return (Form 1040) and wage statements (Form W-2). Employment letters stating salaries and bank statements may be included to substantiate the I-134. Download Form I-134 at http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis.

once u get NVC letter with case number... tell your beneficiary to gather all the required docs like passport, birth certificate, nbi, police clearance, cenomar, 2 visa photographs, evidence of meeting ( pictures together), evidence of genuine relationship ( pics tog with friends n family, phone records, emails letters cards, chats, receipts any thing that might be helpful for this category), then of course evidence of support... ( I 134, tax return, W2, pay stubs, employment letter) once u completed this u may forward it already to your fiance while she's waiting for her appointment letter... once she gets an appointment letter... call the embassy call center for scheduling her interview... ( bring all the required documents ... re medical... it's 2 wks b4 the interview...

Hi MikeA,

Yes, your fiancee will submit it at the interview. When you send it to her, be sure to include a copy of your most recent tax return and other supporting documents as recommended on this site.

That is correct. You will send it to her and she brings it to the interview. Allow enough time for it to arrive, but make it as current as possible
