Hm well im not sure i looked most places but cant seem to find an answer i really understand for this.

If the check is cashed, can they still give you an RFE thing before/after a NOA1? I kind of understood it as if the check is cashed they dont usually give RFE b/c they accepted it? :blink:

your paper will begin processing after the check is cleared.. so any RFE will come after that....

aw really so still risk of RFE? that is crappy.. i was hoping it mean no RFE lol.

well, if you did enough research then you shouldn't really worry about RFE... USCIS only want the very baisc...

by the way.....

No. You can receive an RFE anytime. If something is grossly wrong with your petition package, they will return it along with the check. This means the petition has been accepted fro processing, it does not mean everything is correct.
