I got approval on the may, 12, 2009 and never got my package with forms but i got the bill and they assign me case number and i paid for I-864 and the processing fee both. Do u think it is normal? any input will be appreicated. thank u. abby n sheryl

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg

The NVC no longer send forms in the mail. You should get emails with the links in them to go get the forms and information you need to move to the next step.

If you have not done so you need to call NVC and give them your email and your spouses email address.

Not to sound disrespectful to your opinion, but we just received the I-864 and DS-3032 package by e-mail last week. I printed their hard copy of DS, filled it in and sent back by mail to my husband together with DS-230, which I've already downloaded (newest form). Good luck!

Unless they changed it VERY recently, NVC still sends forms to you in the mail. I received all forms by mail, but I never used them because I sent it all way before.

Check out this wiki guide about sending in your information fast, and how to go about the NVC process. It'll really help you be prepared and fly through! :)http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/...he_NVC_ShortCut

As soon as those forms show "paid" online you can print off the barcoded cover sheet from online and send out the next package.

Good luck!!!!

They only just started doing everything by email. They are also trialing a new way of submitting the forms to them, they are to be emailed back to them as pdf attachments. They are only doing this with applications from China and Mexico for now but if it works then it will be applied across the board.

They will only mail the forms to people if you tell them you do not have an email address to sent emails to. That is what I was told by NVC as I had to get my Parents an email address real quick.

:ot: Oh, you're welcome  can't say sthg is black when it's white ;)

I used to have almost the same necklace chain before - a heart divided in two halves, and you usually share it with your love or your best friend.

By the time we come over to Egypt, I am sure you'll be in USA :)

We just found out our first child is on its way, so we'll skip the honeymoons this year. So far we had 2, and my husband said no more for now, hahaha. Well, next year we will visit Egypt, as I'm from Bulgaria, and it's about 2 hrs away by plane :) We liked the Aqua Vista Resort in Hurghada. I'm sure it's very very nice, like paradise :star::thumbs:

All the best to you, Ani

:ot2: I guess everyone is right - both, they mail and e-mail the AOS package. As I update the spreadsheets for February, I see some people still get it in mail, while others (mostly) by e-mail.

Anyway, just wanted to say be patient and you'll get it soon
