stages at nvc - confused not had I864 package yet

hi

were i bit confused as we have received Ds3032 and returned this back and its been accpeted, we have also paid the I864 fees which has been accepted - at which point we called nvc who said to wait ubnti lwe hear from them on which forms to send in for i864....we still not had anything on this

but last night we got out IV fee's invoice to pay now - which is fine and i have also got the whole ds203 form and package ready to send....

what do we recieve as instructions from nvc on the i864 stage.

any help on this would be great - i know we have to do a co-sponsor as my hsband was not working last 2 years - but this year his ok....

You can send in the I-864 package now, since the AOS fee has been paid, make sure the cover sheet bar code document is sen with the package. You will need to pay the IV fee, and wait until it is stated paid so you can download the cover sheet to sent in with the Ds203.

Did u give your and your spouse email add to NVC. If so you would received the bar code sheet and IIN number as well. But you can go ahead and send your I-864 with the rest of the documents that are needed along with the cover sheet n bar code sheet. Good luck and safe journey ahead.
