CSC RFE survey - Who doesn't have it yet?

Well, here is to hoping that we all get the RFE today. I really wish it arrives before the holiday!

Well, I still don't have it, but I got an e-mail today from CSC stating that they sent out the RFE on the 23rd.

I'll believe it when I see it.

Nope, no RFE in my fiance's mail box - Cincinnati

NSC received our I-129F on March 6th. June 1st transferred to CSC, June 14 CSC received it.

...you know what happens if we don't get it today, July 3th, right?

Still nothing here in Minnesota... NOA1 March 27th.

St. Paul here, lawyer received it on June 30, sent her copy to me, got that one on July 1.

Today I received a copy today from USCIS. Your should be here Wed. for sure, fellow MN loves UK.

Same here, 2 emails from USCIS today that the RFE was mailed out on June 23. But nothing in the mail today. Let's hope for Wednesday now.

I finally got an e-mail from USCIS, actually two, stating my RFE was mailed on 6-23. My receipt date on NOA1 was March 29.

I left for Korea on the 29th and still did not have it. Hopefully, when I return on July 8 it will be waiting for me and out the door USPS express mail for Monday delivery.

My fiance is so understanding, she says she will wait, however long it takes, it is worth it the wait.

Hopefully, the log jam has broken free and we will start to see some post IMBRA NOA2's.... Oh god please.

I got my RFE in the mail yesterday, July 3rd, here in MN.

The e-mail notice i received yesterday said it was mailed on the 23rd of June, but it wasn't postmarked in CA until June 29th....

They're coming guys.. don't lose the faith.

i got mine on thurs and last night i got this message on my status.....

On July 3, 2006, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. Follow the the link below for current processing dates

We STILL haven't received it. I'm getting annoyed.

Maybe someone who gets theirs today can photocopy it and mail it to me... it may go faster that way!

In another thread I saw that someone from Vermont already got an approval .. I know they are not backlogged like us in Cali but hopefully this means they are working extra hard.. since all your march people should already be done by now according to original times.. (well with the service center part, maybe not the whole journey)
