Hi,

I also went thru the US Embassy in Jakarta. From my experience, when I had my medical exam on Apr 25, 05. Then, I went to the embassy the next day for screening documents. And to my surprise, I got interviewed at the same day, since my documents were complete. I do know a friend I knew from VJ, she lived in Jakarta and she got called by the consular officer thru her cellphone for her interview.

I think the US Embassy in Jakarta right now may be busier than usual. May be, you need to wait another week. Then you as the USC, I suggest you to call the embassy and ask the consular officer about your Indonesian fiancee's interview date, when?? I suggest you this because they might be more friendly to the USC :). That's my experiences.

If you'd like to ask more may be you can contact me thru my e-mail : spanish_gags@yahoo.com

Hope this helps or at least give you a glimpse of picture.
