NVC Agent designation DS-3032

I was wondering how long does it take NVC to send beneficiary the DS-3032 and other forms overseas if the beneficiary is the agent? Do they send mail via regular mail or some sort of express mail overseas? Has anyone chosen their spouse overseas as the agent instead of the petitioner to receive mail from NVC?

I was the beneficiary in Canada and I downloaded the forms from the internet and filled them out and sent them in along with my husband's financial information. I did not get anything from NVC.

Good luck,

Janet

Everything we have had to send to NVC we downloaded after we got the email from NVC. we did not get anything in the mail. everything was done by email.

What about the DS-230? If you chose the beneficiary as the agent, doesn't NVC mail the package to the beneficiary overseas?

If you use NVC payment website, after your payment processed, NVC have additional links for DS-230 and supporting document.

So you have to download/read those from NVC website, and send the completed forms and supporting documents.

Even cover letter with bar code can be downloaded and/or emailed as PDF file.

Thank you guys!!!! I didn't know that the bar code sheet can be printed from online :))..i thought I had to wait for NVC to send it with a checklist for DS-230.

We actually chose the U.S. citizen (my husband) as the Choice of Agent. Funny thing is? We would send out one package, and literally over 2 weeks later we'd receive the (for example) I-864 package in the mail. NVC was VERY slow in sending things. So pay online, print off the barcoded cover sheet, and basically as soon as it's paid online you can send out that next package! It's a quick process usually! :)

I have a question. Can You send the ds 3032(agent form) with the I-864? The reason why I was asking is that my wife has already filled out everything and I have all of the docs. So I was woundering so I don't have to send two packets. Because it is my understanding that the NVC send me the I-864 and sends my wife the ds3032 at the same time. My goal is to pay the fee of $70 online and print out the barcode and send in, but I also have the completed ds3032. Thanks for any help!

you could theoretically mail the two together. it's important to get the ds-3032 to them as quickly as possible though since they need that in order to create the IV fee bill so if you're going to overnight the AOS package then go ahead.

also, as soon as you have an NVC case number you should call them and speak to an operator. give them both of your email addresses and then you can follow these instructions to email the ds-3032 to them: http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form

sometimes they process that one before paper copies. i actually started sent the email a day or two before i expected them to generate the ds-3032 in hopes that by time someone got around to reading it they would be able to accept it.

Naturalization

N-400 package mailed: 04/16/2013

N-400 package delivered: 04/16/2013

NOA1 date: 04/17/2013

Biometrics: 08/23/2013

Interview: 10/07/2013

Oath: 01/23/2014

DONE!
