Yeah Nat. I came home at about 5:30 pm (6th) EST and checked USCIS's site: there wasn't a update. They sent the email at 7:45pm EST. I then thought about the site, went to the USCIS and sure enough they had also updated the site.

Hmm, that is odd. I'm thinking the cases are done during the day and maybe a server is automated to send the emails. I know with my Outlook I can delay emails.

189 days and counting... At least the USCIS website showed some activity, touched the last 2 days. I, like many of you, would love to have access to reliable, updated information... The "not know what's going on" is the hard part. Especially when watching so many others get NOA 2's, and even a few with VISA's in hand, and a great many of them who filed after I did... I don't begrudge anyone mind you, but it's a bit disheartening to say the least.

All things will pass in HIS time... the wait (and weight) of the process seems to be actually making our bond stronger... I hope many others can at least take comfort in that.

GOOD LUCK EVERYONE, AND KEEP THE FAITH!!!
