I know that this question has been asked on here a thousand times, I am just interested to know, when I am sending the K-1 Visa package to USCIS, do I send the payment made to "U.S. Department Of Homeland Security" to that service center with the the visa package or does it go to a different address to pay the I-129F Petition form fee? I live in California so the service center is in

USCIS

California Service Center

P.O. Box 10130

Laguna Niguel, CA 92607-0130

I'm a bit confused about where to send the payment. Thanks for the help!

Do the instructions say to send to a separate address?

YMMV
