I helped my fiancee fill out a G-325a and write a letter. I am ready to start the process. Do I have to first send in the I-129f to Vermont and then later they request her G-325a in Moscow? I want to get the process started. What do I do? Just fill out the I-129f, make out a money order for $459 and send it to Vermont?

I've tried to research the answer myself, but my understanding was the G-325a needed to be sent in with my I-129f. Or is that MY G-325a and not her's? I want to send it tomorrow. I'm in love!!!

Before you send anything to anyone...READ THE GUIDES above. You have got almost nothing right, so far.

The check amount is $455. They WILL return your petition if the check amount is wrong. For the petition, you need to include a G-325a for both you and your fiancee WITH original signatures on each. You need to each provide a finacee letter of intent WITH original signatures. Plus your evidence of meeting in person, your evidence of being a US citizen (copy of birth certificate) , etc.

Here is the situation. You do no tunderstand, yet, what you don't understand. So, read the guides and when you understand what you DON'T understand, then ask your questions here. You have found the best visa website there is. Stick with us, we'll get through this. It isn't so difficult.

Before you do anything you really must READ THE GUIDES.

Everything is spelled out for you with a checklist. It's very important to get it right the first time or you could be out lots of $ and even worse...time.

Welcome to VJ and good luck with the process.
