No real order - however, look at the guides for the sample cover letter, that will suggest an order for you!

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

It is important it goes in the same ENVELOPE with everything else.

when your file arrives, it will be opened and dissected and placed in the order THEY choose (and do not tell us). In short order, no matter how much time you spend assembling it, you file will look exactly like everyone elses. Juat make sure it is all in there.

No specific order, just make sure whatever form you're sending in is up front, but definitely create a COVER LETTER. We would always says "this petition is for.....beneficiary is.....and here are the contents of this package. Then I'd list all the things in order in the package. That way they knew my let's say marriage certificate was right behind the birth certificate. Maybe overboard, but it always helps to be really organized.

Good luck!
