Well we got the interview letter in the mail finally.

I posted on tuesday or wednesday that my wife called and they told her the interview was scheduled June 8th and the p4 and interview letter were sent out May 18th.. Lots of time to prepare there ><

I got my ticket and will be in guangzhou June 6th or so.

Now the wife is nervous :P

My wife's interview is on June 8th also, but in Tokyo. Here's to wishing you the best and from reading some of the posts here, it will be good that you will be there.

Our case completed on April 15 so we were hoping for a May interview, also because I was going to be there in May, but we didn't get one until June 8th. So we will be in the same boat, except that she will have to do it herself.

Well, best wishes and good luck to you and your wife at the interview. At least you will get to be with her again and hopefully everything will work out with the interview!!! I'm sure that you being there will make things go a little smoother.

2009-03-21 Mail Completed I-864

2009-03-25 Received email from NVC that DS-3032 accepted.

2009-03-25 Pay IV Bill online

2009-03-25 Receive Instruction Package online after paying IV bill

2009-04-02 Mailed DS-230 package via USPS Priority mail

2009-04-06 USPS online tracking says package delivered.

2009-04-08 NVC acknowledges receipt of DS-230 package

2009-04-15 Case Completed at NVC

2009-04-30 According to operator left NVC. Yaa!!! Finally AVR says forwarded to counsulate!!!

2009-05-06 to 19 Going to visit Honey in Japan!!! Back home now but HAD A GREAT TIME!!!

2009-05-07 Consulate Received

2009-06-08 Passed Interview!!! Yay!!! Finally!!!

2009-06-10 Passport and Visa paperwork received in mail.

2009-06-19 POE Hawaii!!!

2009-06-24 Visit SSA office

2009-07-01 SSN card arrived in mail

2009-07-09 I-797C Welcome notice arrived in mail

2009-07-16 GC received in mail

2009-02-12 : RFE Email

2009-02-17 : RFE mail Rcvd

2009-02-20 : Traveled 2 India to correct the RFE issue

2009-03-02 : Mailed the corrected RFE Docs to USCIS

2009-03-04 : Received confirmation via email from USCIS that they received the RFE documents. CASE RESUMED

2009-04-02 : NOA2 Approved for I-129F and I-130 via email

2009-04-08 : NOA2 Arrives in mail for I-129F and I-130

2009-04-11 : Received letter from NVC stating I-129F case has been forwarded to EMBASSY for processing.

2009-04-15 : Case Number Assigned - Received this by speaking to a live operator. NVC automated message was not updated-it said "NO CASE# Assigned"

2009-04-17 : DS-3032 sent (by e-mail)

2009-04-20 : DS-3032 and AOS bill generated

2009-04-20 : AOS PAID (online)

2009-04-24 : DS-3032 Choice of Agent accepted - Beneficiary received email - ACCEPTED one was 4/17/2009 email

2009-04-24 : IV Fee bill generated

2009-04-24 : IV bill PAID - showed PAID ON- 04/25/2009 and printed coversheet

You know there are not many CR1 China interviews scheduled here on VJ. But . . . I hope to be one soon!!!

I am interested in every gritty detail :yes:

. . .. . .MOSTLY I would like a sense of 'boni fide' relationship.

. . .. . .. . .Also I would like some sense of how many CR1 interviews there are and how many do or don't pass.

. . .. . .. . .. . .and why would be nice too!!!

In my country we must go to the embassy for 2 interviews... my first interview is on june 8th for an information and docs' review and on june 15th will be the real interview with the CO

Its not us, not sure who that is but it seems they have a very close timeline to ours which is interesting.

The weight of our package was 96 lbs.
