Question about returning to the PI after marriage...

Hey all, If i marry my fiancee here in USA, how soon can we return to the PI to visit her family? Is there a certain amount of time that she must remain here in the USA until she can return home to visit, and if so how long?

She could return once she received her 2-year GC or approved AP. The approved AP is normaly used for emergency.

Clarification here:

You receive the 2-year GC after you apply for AOS. The soonest you apply, the soonest you would get it.

See my timeline. I'm looking forward to receive my 2-GC by June (provided i passed our interview). I already have my AP. In case of emergencies, i could fly back ASAP.

You can get an AP doc within 90 days or so of filing the I-131 along with I-485 when adjusting status. OR Green-card which can take anywhere from 4 months to a year to get after filing I-485.

So could be able to return home within 90 days or so after you file the AOS package.
