You posted this to the IMMIGRANT visa forum the fees are paid to NVC $70 for I-864, and $400 for DS-230 there is NO visa fee paid for visa in Vietnam.

You only pay medical and vaccinations fees in Vietnam.

Your profile shows you filed for N/A which does not help. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...rCP&CODE=01

IF you are doing a K-Visa:

Fees and Forms

Before the visa interview, each applicant must show a valid passport and pay the non-refundable application fee of $131 in cash (only US dollars accepted) at the Citibank office located at Sun Wah Tower, Ground floor, 115 Nguyen Hue Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. Citibank is open from 8:30 – 11:30 in the morning and 1:00 – 3:30 in the afternoon, Monday through Friday.
