Question on I-129 supplement (RFE)

i received the RFE today.....i am so glad.

i got question on this confusing form.

On question 2 &3, it is asking if i have done any crimes before, luckily i do not commit any.

But how should i fill out the form?

it says " check all that apply", well, i do not have any,

so do i just leave those 2 question blank qithout writing anything?

it is just a RFE asking you if u commit any crimes......it is not really a real RFE.....all u neeed to do is answer some question and mail it back to USCIS

I just sent in the NEW I-129 form, with the same questions already imbedded in the form, ..... and I just left them blank.

The questions ask have you ever ......??? But there are no boxes provided for "no" answers ..... only boxes to check-off for each of the various types of crimes that you might have commited.

So, I just left everything blank. Hope it works...??

Still delays the whole process. What happens if USCIS don't recieve your reply ? This is both frequent and causes your case to be rejected.

Because everyone who submitted their applications between certain dates will AUTOMATICALLY be getting RFEs thanks to IMBRA. So, the poster obviously knows it was coming, and well, the faster the RFE shows up, the faster you can get it back and get on with your process. There are a ton of people on this board that want to get their IMBRA RFE so badly just so they can move on with the process

i too was happy when i received my IMBRA RFE yesterday! let's get this process moooooooving.

i checked the "no" box on question #1 and left the boxes completely empty on questions 2 & 3. i then filled out the information at the bottom of the question sheet and sent it back in along with the blue notice sheet.

that's all i sent back in...the blue notice sheet and the white question sheet filled out as above.

to answer your question, i did the same as pee gee. marked NO in question number 1 and left 2 and 3 un answered.

"check all that apply" = if none apply, then don't check any...pretty self explanatory. There's also an example of someone's RFE in the IMBRA forum.
