hi, i recieved the receipt today from my I-129 package being delivered to USCIS California Service Center. On the envelope and the certified reciept I put as follows:

USCIS

California Service Center

PO Box 10130

Laguna Niguel, CA

92607-0130

I've recieved the receipt but there is no signature on it. Only in the box where it says: "Is delivery address different from item 1? If yes, enter delivery address below:

There is a STAMPED response saying: USCIS RECIEVED 05-12-09

My question is why is it a different address...and why didn't anyone sign for it? I'm completely confused but trying to remain hopeful. And they have not cashed the check yet either.

???

In all cases when something gets sent to a PO box, it sits until the center picks up the hundreds of letters, they dont sign every delivery confirmation card, typically that card says received by "Stamp"

Don't sweat this one.

I just want to confirm this P.O. Box is the CORRECT MAILING ADDRESS for the I129-F???

I am mailing mine today and I want to make sure I got it right....

There must be another mailing address for sending Fed-Ex, right??

Maybe Fed-Ex would be a better way to go...? :help:

I would simply use one US government department (POST OFFICE) to handle delivering to the other government agency (USCIS) and mail to the PO BOX. Use priority mail.

Fed-ex is a waste of $$$$ getting it there overnight wont make things happen any faster. Overnight only adds $$$ to this.

Yes, thet is the street address but it is NOT the address listed on the I-129f instructions so do not send it there. Use the P.O. box listed.

We sent it overnight USPS with confirmed delivery.
