There is truly no real reason (other than personal) to use an express courier (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc). Most folks do perfectly fine using USPS.

I personally recommend using USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation though.

I was under the impression you have to use USPS ... FedEx etc do not deliver to PO boxes ... I could be wrong .... I would think certified USPS is fine .. it will only take 2-3 days to get there ... in the grand scheme of things ( How long the whole process takes ) it isn't really worth spending the extra cash to over night etc ... just my 2 copper ..

After looking again at the addresses ... If sending to VT it is not a PO box .. but if sending to CA that is a PO box ...

both have published physical addresses for non-USPS deliveries.

YMMV

Send it next day delivery Federal Express at your local post office. You can track it online and see who signs for it.

I kinda not understand why to use FedEx while you're already at the Post Office. If money is of no concern send USPS Express, it has tracking and delivery confirmation already build-in as well. If you don't want to pay for express, use USPS Priority.
