Hello vj members,

Just wanna ask your opinion on when is the best time for me to send my I-751 when my green card will expire in

September of this year?

Also i read about these;;

Choice of agent to be emailed.

1- When should i do this?Where to email this?We are still waiting for our I-130 NOA 2?

2- Who should be the best choice of agent, the petitioner or the legal guardian of the benefeciaries (minor kids)?

3-Who signs the DS 230 for my 2 minor kids?My USC husband is the petitioner?My mom is the legal guardian?

thank you very much for your reply.

Take the expire date and subtract 90 days...

You have a greencard, what are you doing with an I-130?

YMMV

ah,

for choice of agent most likely the best choice is someone who is stateside but you cannot do the choice of agent until NVC has the approved file

DS-230 can be signed by parent or guardian

YMMV
