Write it in by hand, if the problem is that you can't fit it in by typing in the PDF. You need to have his address in there, and it is perfectly acceptable to have handwritten bits on there mixed in with the typed bits.

I had the same problem. Some of the addresses in Vietnam have no street number and name, but they DO have the name of the hamlet, commune, village, ward, district, and province.

Put the address on a separate page. Follow the instructions for attachments: put your full name at the top of the page, and describe what the attachment applies to; e.g., G-325A Beneficiary. Label each item on the page; e.g., Applicant's residence last five years.

On the form, write "see attachment".

Yes, make sure it references the form, question.

(signature on them to make them "official")

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

I asked my fiancee for the addresses just as they would be written on a piece of mail intended for the person living there. If the postal carrier in Lesotho can deliver mail using only the person's name, town, and district, then that should suffice. There's not much other information you could provide, unless you want stand in her front yard with a GPS!

In many areas of Vietnam they don't actually deliver mail to homes. There's a central post office where locals have to go and pick up their mail. In case like this, the address basically identifies the person and the post office. But that's the closest they have to an actual address, so that's what I listed.

Also, I listed addresses twice - once in latin script, and again in Vietnamese script. The Vietnamese alphabet is based on latin, but they've dropped some letters, and added a lot of accent marks. For example, Hue province in latin only script is "Tinh Thua Thien Hue", whereas in Vietnamese script it's "Tỉnh Thừa Thiên Huế". I did this in case they actually have to send mail to the address. I'm not counting on the people at the consulate to translate a mailing address into one the Vietnamese postal service would understand.
