tht means they took the processing fees and they will send u the NOA1 so soon

if it has been a month since they cashed ur check and still yet no NOA1..then call themto find out if they every sent NOA1..if they did then ask them to generate another one and send it to u as u didnt get the first one

Or that they have system glitch and was unable to print your NOA1.

Wait 30 days then call them ask what happened.

Request for another copy if you have not received any.

If you are not filing for K3, this is no biggie.

See my timeline... I didn't get my NOA1 until 1 month and 2weeks later.

If you want to check your status online.

Look at the back of your check... they stamped a series of number there...

starts with EACXXXXXXXXX or WACXXXXXXXX ....

EAC = Vermont

WAC = California

Add 1 to the last number.

ie: 5 + 1 = 6

therefore your case number is EACXXXXXXXXX6 or WACXXXXXXXXX6

log in to USCIS website.
