I posted a while ago asking about why my case could not be found online when I searched the USCIS website. Everyone including USCIS said the system is broken and do not worry about it. When I called about another question I had I mentioned it again to them, and this time the rep. forwarded it to an escalation team. They did send someone an email and within the day I could track it online.

I am not saying it will provide much insight in to my case being able to track it online, but if you worry about not seeing it online there are options to get it fixed. Ask them to escalate your call to an escalation team when you call.

This has been an ongoing issue since last year. Frustrating for filers.

I notice the same type of thing at my job: some people know what to do. Some don't.

This has been an ongoing issue since last year. Frustrating for filers.

Late spring of 2007 it was a mess then too, as I recall.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.
