Forgot to sign ds-230

So, I double, triple, checked everything to send back to the consulate, the checklist, DS-230 part 1 , signed and dated....well, I am just curious, as you know how you seal up that envelope and out it goes, and about 10 minutes later you start to panic, omg, did I forget to sign?, Well that's what I'm doing.

So as the worry wort that I am, what does happen if someone forgot to sign it, or say, even forget to check a box on the ds-230 part 2?? Just curious. Yikes, I really need to destress.

The ysend you an RFE - request for evidence - basically a letter asking you to correct the mistake and resubmit that form.

This is on the form you mailed the consulate, right? There is no RFE. Two things will probably happen:

1) they will mail it back and ask you to sign it, or just sign a copy you have at home and mail it in to them now.

2) they will ask you to sign it at the interview.

Call or email the consulate and tell them you forgot to sign it.

I don't think it would be a problem, you would just sign it at the interview

hahaha that happens to me every time I send a packet, but thank GOD I supposedly have done everything right so far lol
