I also do not know if I can mail the G-325A forms. Do I need to take these to the office or can I mail them? By the way..I am not an alien, but the form is asking me for my alien registration number. I am assuming because I am a U.S. citizen that I can leave that blank?

Thanks

the I-130 must be mailed to a lockbox in chicago. please check the USCIS website for instructions:

http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/men...00048f3d6a1RCRD

the G-325A needs to be mailed together with the I-130 and several other documents. the instructions for this are found on page 2 of the I-130 instructions, which can be found here:

http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-130instr.pdf

if you are a US citizen then you do not have an A number. make sure to include you social security number where it asks below that.

and have you read the guides section above? i think they'd be really helpful for you...
