money order for CR1 and k3

When a US citizen file for k3, he can also send the form for the CR1 right? so hows the money order for that? should the US citizen include 2 checks on it when he sends it to the USCIS lock box or just one check and for what amount?

As far as i knew.....u had to file I-130(CR1) first and after u get ur NOA1 ,you can send in ur k3.

K3 is free as u would have paid for ur I-130,which is $355.00

atk_721 is correct, you have to file the I-130 first, and then the I-129F. As far as the fees for each of the forms go, I would pay by check instead of Money Order if you can, so that your payment is received by USCIS faster when they cash the check.
