Hey MENA! :energy: Happy Wednesday! Its 12am East coast time!

I just got home from work and we had serious stuff going on. Last night at 9:50pm 3 guys robbed the customer service manager at gunpoint at my store. One guy ran around the service desk and grabbed the CSM and told her to give him the money, the 2nd guy stood in front of the service desk and pointed a gun at the cashier, and the 3rd guy wasnt doing much of anything. No masks on, we got plenty of camera shots of them. They apparently been in the store since 9:10pm watching the CSM pull the registers and when she got up front they made their move, while customer service was still open! Lights on and all, but there were surprisingly no customers in the line.

So, tonight it was a bit scary keeping my eye open and looking at EVERY ONE, while still pulling bags, resetting the registers. I dont feel safe and I doubt any front end customer service manager in my store does now!

Thankfully, no one got hurt... money gone but no one hurt. I am glad though I was on VJ last night and not at my store!

east side of Atlanta, crime is getting worse and worse. I keep saying that I wish we had cops watch over us late at night, but I just dont see that happening. The most obvious thing the store manager said tonight was, if they come for the money, just give it to them... *like we wouldnt know to do that? Im not going to be Walmarts hero thats for sure!

Happy Hump Day!

Tamara,

What an horrible ordeal! Thank our good Lord no one was shot ! I guess from now on you have to pray the prayer of protection before you go to work.

Maureen,

God is with you. ;)

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Good morning and happy Wednesday! Whew, another hot day in store for us!

Tam, WOW, i'm so happy you are ok. Don't you have security people? Just

beware and stay safe. Alot of nut cases out there!

Tasha, good luck to your husband. Where will he attend?

Wael was accepted at the University of Arizona for the fall and spring

semesters! He will be classified as a senior but will take his core subjects

to graduate with his BA in Economics. Because he has a degree from Egypt, he wasn't eligible for pell grants, however he did receive private grants and student loans. Did your

husband take his TOEFL yet?

Best of luck to him!! Did your son have a chance to watch the shuttle liftoff?

Olivia, know you are so excited!!

Ok guys a question for you....how do you stay up so late!!!!!

Wishing everyone a wonderful day!
