3. Yes. Though photos are not considered "primary" evidence, your travel documents are considered primary evidence. I am not aware of anyone getting an approval without photos. You will likely get an RFE for evidence of having met prior to filing the petition. You need what is known as the "$1500 photo". Bon Voyage!

This concerns me a little, in out 129f package, we had put passport stamps, itinerarys and boarding passes for all of the trips we've taken back and forth. We don't have any pictures together however. I have pictures of him and pictures of myself that were taken while we were together. I also have bucket loads of pictures of him with my daughter but none of us together. Should I be concerned, we'll be visiting again in June and I'll be sure to take some for the visa interview then. But I wasn't aware that pictures were make or break, I thought it was boarding passes and passport stamps that really mattered.

Does anyone have any first hand experience about getting an RFE for not including pictures? Or better yet has anyone ever not submitted pictures and gotten their NOA2.
