i just want to know ,how long is a police certicate Valid ?

doest it expires ??i was leaving in a foriegn country ,the time

i was leaving that country, i take the police certicate ,my case till have about

5months to reach the embassy .

that depends on the country. it could be 6 months or it could be a year. where was the certificate issued?

Yes but you can ignore the issuing country's expiration date. All that matters is how recent the interviewing Consulate wants them to be. Usually they'll accept them when issued within a year of submission.

thanks alot please .the police certificate ,have no expiring date on it ,that is from germany .

should i request for a new one or the one i had since feb 2009 will be valid?

i think i will have the interview in 5months time . thanks

A police certificate issued in Feb of this year should be just fine five months from now but check with the Consulate directly for how recent they require.
