My Fiancee's G325-A had an attachment because there was one space too few to list all of the jobs that she has had in the past five years. In addition to signing and dating all four copies of the G325-A, she also attempted to sign and date the attachments. The problem is that she neglected to sign one of the attachments. So all the copies of the form itself are signed, and three of four of the identical attachments are signed, but one is just dated. Is USCIS so uptight that they are going to send me my petition back over this? Is there even a requirement to sign each copy of each attachment of the G325-A?

It may not be an issue - may just depend on the adjudicator - not much you can do at the moment but wait it out. I've never heard of anyone getting and RFE for this -but doesn't mean one wouldn't be issued. It is very likely you'll be fine with the way it is - in the mean time, might get your fiancé to sign the attachment and have it handy in the event you do get an RFE.

We received an RFE for not having original signatures on the G-325A, but we had signed the attachments, so I'm not sure how picky they are about the attachments.

Hopefully, because all the other attachments are signed, that will be good enough.

Like the previous poster suggested, just have the signed attachment ready to return if you do receive an RFE.

Best wishes.

Thanks. If I do get this sent back, any idea when it would be? It seems like a lot of people who neglected to sign something were notified by USCIS very quickly. I just got my NOA1 two weeks ago.

I suspect USCIS may do some sort of very basic preliminary check on a package received (very basic if at all) which may be why some folks get there package sent back right away (obvious things like signing the I-129f, or the payment check etc).

For something like what you've described - it may not get 'caught' at all - and if it does, it might be at the time your petition is being adjudicated (actually reviewed) - which means not until your possible adjudication date.

Yeah, I figured as much. I guess I really can't consider myself in the clear until she's here in the US. Or, taking a longer-term approach, until she's in the US holding her American passport.
