I130/I129F APPROVED May 4, 2009!!!

Vermont is still alive! Blessings to the nice officer I spoke to on the phone at USCIS! He refused to do a service request (but was otherwise polite and very helpful), but looks like he pushed my petitions through!

Six months processing time! It seemed like such a dream that I didn't think I'd ever see an NOA2! The I129F (for K3) has a validation date range on it - is this normal? It expires Sept 4.

Congratulations!!! Yes the date range is normal.

We are doing the K3, so hopefully won't have to deal with NVC. :P We're following the K3 so he can interview in Montreal instead of Turkey or Dubai, since he lives in Canada. :star: Extremely excited and stressed. Now we are trying to get everything together ahead of time and keeping up with it all is a headache! Why am I always the coordinator? LOL

Oh trust me, I know how you feel about always being the coordinator. I stress, I do things, I tell him what he has to do...I'm only glad that he's appreciative, otherwise I'd have a fit!!! Good thing you won't have to go through NVC... so now you're just waiting for an interview date?! I didn't know montreal interviews Iranians...but I guess since its not an immigrant visa, that makes sense.

Yeah, it's a pain, but you know, at least I'm sure everything is getting done right. :-P LOL. The rules state that for K3 you have to interview where the marriage took place, and we married in Canada, so that takes care of the problem of having to fly half way around the world for the interview! :-) Let's just hope they follow the rules. I'll be really angry if they send his paperwork to Dubai!!!
