Well from lebbylyns timeline you gary c. should have recieved something from them already you filed your petition before her's as well as mine also.

But i havent heard anything from them either,so i dont quite understand the order in which they are sending the RFE's out.

I just wish they would post on there web site something to explain whats going on just to ease everyones minds.

I know they wont do that but its wishful thinking anyways.

I know they are working on alot of other type of petitions but its so annoying being left in the dark.

i was trying to be very patient with the processing but i can't just keep my silent...after all i was touched for the first time even though it's just an email notice but as like the rest of the members... my fiance checking his mailbox no RFE's yet. he just called the CSC for his change of address last june 23 also where same day they send it. now, we don't know where they sent it to his old or new address. he is trying to ask his friend to check his mailbox...i really told him to let me know if ever he finally get it and warning him that sooner it would be in his mailbox.we check online status both almost everynow and then. trying to see if anything new in timelines and i check here for any updates . i see members closer to me like gobdogman & gary c & alot of them they had longer of waiting than i have... trying to be fine as many people is getting mixed emotions and i know this waiting is really killing our patience. let's just pray they will process it fairly...i hate going ahead or being left behind. Am glad i found this site through a friend also who has been here during his journey. I learn alot how the processing works & learned things from those experiences & personal opinions shared here ,alot of off topics are good & make us smile or laugh a lil. I am very much willing to help later when it's my turn to share what i can do. God bless us all & more power!

congrats for all those touches....still am in denial don't like to be too excited yet coz i know am easily get frustrated. but i do have smiles in my face seeing alot are being touched!

Would it be a safe to say that this means their up at least Mid March on petitions? (based on when you got you NOA1)

03-03-2006: Proposed (day before I left)

04-12-2006: I-129F Sent to NSC

04-17-2006: I-129 NSC received (NOA1)

06-01-2006: I-129F transfer from NSC to CSC

06-02-2006: I-129F CSC must have received I-129F's

07-03-2006: Touched (RFE e-mail notice that it was sent, Received it, Sent it back) all in the same day

07-04-2006: Touched (worked on the 4th of July????)

07-05-2006: Touched (at 9:53am est, little early for CSC hmmmmm)

07-17-2006: Touched (and E-mail saying they have recieved my RFE)

10-21-2006: Touched (hmmmm something wrong with how long it has taken them?)

10-23-2006: Touched (hmmmm maybe my calls once a week to congressmen and senators office helped?)

10-25-2006: Touched at 9:30 est (kinda early for the CSC hmmm, I think they are messing with me now)

looks like they sent the NOA2 on this day

10-28-2006: Received Snail mail for NOA2 on 10-23-2006 (why didn't they update the web site)

11-02-2006: 5 emails saying approved I-129f ???huh??

Congrats!! Bout time!!

thank you.. just to add. i almost peed in my pants... haha the mailbox is by my front door, i couldnt get the front door open... i was so excited i think im going to get complaints from my neighbors. btw theyre mostly retired so they were probably taking their naps and i was screaming outside the house ...

What do we have to send to CSC? Criminal Background Ckecks or National Criminal records and the form?

We didn't know each other through an international marriage Broker. i sent an email to incredidate.com asking if they are related to international marriage Broker and they said: no, we are not.

I also received my IMBRA RFE today in the mail!!

No touches, no email notifications....just an envelope from Homeland Security and that's what it was....and

04 May 2006 - Mailed I-129F to Laguna Niguel

09 May 2006 - Delivered to Laguna Niguel (USPS tracking) and is also the Received Date on the NOA1

24 May 2006 - Check cleared the bank

25 May 2006 - Received NOA1 in the mail (postmarked 24 May and notice date of 22 May)

28 June 2006 - Received IMBRA RFE in the mail (postmarked 27 June and notice date of 23 June)

29 June 2005 - Returned IMBRA RFE overnight service to CSC (signed as received at 7:46 AM, 30 June)

03 July 2006 - Received 2 identical emails from USCIS-CSSO saying they sent me the IMBRA RFE

04 July 2006 - Touched

05 July 2006 - Touched

05 July 2006 - Received 2 identical emails from USCIS-CSSO stating they received my RFE response on 5 July

06 July 2006 - Touched

25 July 2006 - Touched

25 July 2006 - Approved

31 July 2006 - NVC received my application

2 August 2006 - NVC sent my application to embassy at Kuala Lumpur via DHL

7 August 2006 - Received letter sent from NVC dated 3 August stating they received an approved I-129F

forgot the dates for interview, approvals and such...but we delayed for awhile so kids could finish school

29 December 2007 - K-1 and kids (K-2) arrived at LAX (oh..me too)

12 March 2008 - Got married

28 March 2008 - Filed AOS, AP and EAD

13 April 2008 - Received by USCIS

17 April 2008 - Notice date

21 June 2008 - Received AP approval letter

28 June 2008 - Received EAD cards

24 September 2008 - Received interview letter

Interview scheduled for November 25th

25 November 2008 - Interview in San Bernadino, GC approved

11 December 2008 GC received

August 12/06 APPROVED - NOA2!!

August 28/06 Left NVC. . . Vancouver Bound!

September 27/06 Interview APPROVED, with visa in hand

October 29/06 Moving Date

December 30/06 Married!!

January 16/07 Sent out AOS, EAD, and AP docs

January 23/07 NOA1's for AOS, EAD and AP

February 13/07 Biometrics in Portland, OR

April 7/07 EAD and AP Received

May 7/07 Greencard is in my hands!

You are correct it seems that the people that had their cases transfered from Nebraska to California still have not received the RFE's yet, I can only hope that they are in the mail and will arrive soon!! :huh:

Congrats to those that Received an RFE today and apparently filed directly with CSC.

It appears CSC is processing out of order, this is so typical of the USG. NOA-1 dates seem irrelevant at this point.

Not fair, but life in the big city.....I knew there would be no logical order to this process.

Those transferred from NSC may want to relax for a while. On the other hand, we may get lucky this week. We shall see.

I sure hope that all of us that got transferred from NSC to CSC will be getting our RFEs soon. It is about time for CSC to move again and I am so glad that all of VJers cases started to move again.... :dance:
