You should download the forms and fill them out using Adobe Professional or another software that lets you edit PDF files. This way you can fill them in, and email the form to your husband so he can simply sign and send it back.

The NVC seldom uses snail mail.

They email'd me the "invoice". I pay.

Then they send a 'bar code cover sheet'. (email)

This means you have been "sent" everything, you can now complete and return the forms.

(You can now Log into NVC from the invoice PDF)

Is confusing because you still have nothing!!!! <_<

Savvy people have completed the forms months ago. (not me!) You can not send them in until you have the cover sheet.

That is exactly what I did for my parents. We were going home for Christmas so I downloaded all the forms and had them complete them and sign them all I had to do was date them. I also brought back with me all the certificates and other evidence I would need to send to NVC.

It ment that once we had a NVC case number the forms were already to go, just had to pay the bills and print out the coversheets and mail them.

We are almost finished at NVC just waiting for the final review to complete. I hope next week we will be done and will get a interview date soon after.
