You can't call but you can email Montreal:

Be sure to put your case number in the subject line, if they gave you one - otherwise maybe put something like - filed at Halifax June whatever - looking for update.

Your case number will come with Packet 3. It only took me three weeks to get packet 3, but considering that you aren't that much longer yet, maybe there are just some delays due to summer vacations, etc.

I got an email back about ten mins. They confirmed my mailing address and said a package was mailed on the 7th of July but they would mail another on Friday.

I be the first one will show up today and the nest not long after.
