No, I really don't know where to start calling. Should I call or email Montreal?

The lady in Halifax said everything looked good and they were sending it to Montreal asap.

You can't call but you can email Montreal:

Montreal-IV-DV@state.gov

Be sure to put your case number in the subject line, if they gave you one - otherwise maybe put something like - filed at Halifax June whatever - looking for update.

They never gave a case number. I will email right now, thanks.

Your case number will come with Packet 3. It only took me three weeks to get packet 3, but considering that you aren't that much longer yet, maybe there are just some delays due to summer vacations, etc.
