Yes everyone pays the same USD amount $213.35 USD .... they increased it some months back .. I believe it use to be around 189 USD ... they don not change the cost of this without a very good amount of warning. Looking at the embassy website will tell you exactly what the current fee is ... that is what you will pay.

P72.00 = $1.00?? I just talk to my sister yesterday and they said that exchange rate is 45 pesos for a dollar. Did your fiance add the payment for Visa Fee at BDO?

U.S. $131 (Visa Fee) + U.S. $213.35 (medical) = 344.35(Total)

Let say $1 = P45:

$344.35 x 45 = P15,495.75

I agree with Jov Mar, better ask your fiance nicely on what else she paid with that amount. Coz I went to SLEC yesterday, May 6, and the fee was just PHP10,420.
