Monday May 4 arrived at St. Luke's Clinic @ 7am for immunizations... finished at 12:15pm. First was asked to go at Window G, they took the old receipt of my medical, and told me to go to 2nd floor for immunization. I waited there for 30 minutes before they called my name. I went to the Doctor's Area. She asked me to repeat my pregnancy test. I then went to 5th floor for the payment (495 pesos). I went to laboratory to urinate and waited again. After that they asked me to go back to 2nd floor for my immunizations. While I was sitting on the 2nd floor, heard my name called and proceeded to Check Out counter., The guy asked me to sign 5x on the form and I surrendered my passport at this time. They asked for 2 photos and then asked me to sit again and wait for my name to be called for immunization. I received 3 shots...ouch!!! hehehhe it's still painful right now. I went to the releasing area, waited again, it took forever for my name to be called. The offered interview on May 13, but i asked for a better date. and then i requested if i can get earliest date. yipee i got it :dance: ~ May 8 is my interview 8:30am...me and my fiance were very happy for the date granted. God is good!!! Thank u guys for all the support :)
