Oh... Thanks... il try to tell him... his 2006 and 2007 ITR..

I didn't lived out of the country for 6 months... just 4 days-vacation in Hong Kong..

I read in the guidelines police clearance from other country is for those who live in that certain country for 6 mos or more...

Sounds like you have everything in order. I sent my fiance my ITRs for the last three years but all they asked for was the one for 2008. Good luck on your interview.

Based on my interview experience last Apr. 27, the Filipino pre-screener officer returned my local police certificate (i think u don't need that, just the NBI is enough) and the 2007 and 2006 ITR and W2 of my fiance, he just took the latest 2008 ITR and W2. You better attach your 2 pix on the DS156 form and don't forget to bring a valid ID and a black pen. You could view my interview experience that i posted here in VJ. God bless u and good luck on your upcoming interview!

Thanks a lot... i read in the website of US Embassy here in Manila... that they need only police clearance from other country and recent ITR. For divorce paper, we're both never been married before, so I don't have it. :)

Thank you guys so much!
