Recommended Posts

They always refer to it as review when they ask you to submit more documents. Your case seems a bit more easier than ours and we re-submitted though LBC. But I had to call many times to get our submitted docs from the mailroom to a consulate, that took 3 annoying days.

Guyz,finally....I recieved a text from AIR21 as of 1:30 pm today....thank you to all Vj's,am so happy and like what they said its worth to wait,its been 3 weeks already and now finally my honey and i will be back in each others arms again..God is really great...May god bless us all..

Timeline

So frustrating.Had interview September 25 and CO told me that before she will approve me i should submit 1 additional document (Divorce decree) of my fiance.Submitted the additional document via air21 and embassy received it Sep.29.Divorce decree included already of I-129 but pre-screener said that NVC did not send yet my papers to them.Maybe they lost my papers coz they scheduled me Sep.22 for interview but then when i went there window X told me that my file not yet in their system,so she jot down 25th on my embassy appointment letter.Had to rebook my flight for Cebu coz my interview was reschedule.

Fiance called already embassy and got the standard answer of wait in 6 weeks.He emailed also embassy but nothing clear answer when i can my visa.

K 1 TIMELINE

03-05-09 I-129 f sent

03-10-09 NOA 1

08-06-09 NOA 2 (08-07-09 his b-day)

08-10-09 NVC received

09-07-09 Medical passed (Sep.7-8)

09-22-09 Appointed date interview but rescheduled Sep.25 (my case not yet in their system)

09-25-09 Interview (1 additional document lacking)

STILL WAITING MY VISA!

Nov. 10-09 Visa received

Nov.13-09 US arrival (Guam POE)

Nov.19-09 celebrate b-day

Dec.27-09 Wedding day
