Hi! Quick question:

Our NOA2 expires this week without my fiancee having yet received her interview date...

Does anyone know if the BKK consular office extends the validity of an NOA2 if they haven't yet provided an interview appointment?

I read that the Phillipine Embassy does that (at four month intervals), but I'm not sure about BKK.

Thanks!!!

Jose

From Bangkok Embassy's website:

Extending the Petition

The I-129F petition is valid for four months from the date of approval from USCIS. Consular officers can extend the validity of the petition (revalidate the petition) if it expires before the processing of the visa application is completed.
